Just finished our 1st Ruby Booker book with my 7 year old and thought it was the best book we have read in a long time. It was an easy read, funny and engaging! I really enjoyed it and look forward to reading many more. Keep up the great work!

It's great to see a fellow JSU alum doing great things. My 7 year old and I are big fans of your Ruby and the Booker Boys series. She really enjoys them and now wants to read all of your books.....especially since I told her you attended JSU like her mommy. Hello Derrick, I took my daughter Zoe to her first book fair at school a year ago when she was five. I wanted to find a book for her that had a character that she would be able to identify with. With joy we found and purchased the first book, Brand-new School Brave New Ruby; of the Ruby & the Booker boys series. She was just beginning to read; so I would read a chapter a night. Zoe loves her Ruby Books! She carries them everywhere she goes. Actually, the book peaked her interest so much that she is now an excellent reader at 6yrs old, and reads chapter books with ease. Everytime she finishes your books we go and buy the next one. Thank you so much for following through with your purpose and gift. Please keep the Ruby Books coming. Actually, I even caught her 10yr old brother reading her Ruby books. She even wrote a book report on Ruby, and went to school dressed as Ruby in her Orange and Purple clothes.
